Lastnight I watch the weather and I felt happy that the forecast said that it won't rain today unlike the other side of the country. But here I am feeling so hot that I wanted to get inside the refrigerator. Don't want ro turn on the airconditioner unit for I am trying to save electricity and I don't find it economical since I am home alone. Am thinking of a thirst quencher drink to aid this weather geez...

@kixsh101 but we have to be aware if we do not have nasal congestion or runny nose because drinking cold water may all the more predispose to having a more serious respiratory condition.

It has been humid here too - we are in the triple digits this week! My Filipino friends often tell us about how humid it is in the Philippines . . . they say as soon as they get out of the airplane, they sweat like crazy.

Yes its super humid here. And sweating like crazy is normal. Lol
