Good Saturday/Sunday mylotters!! The other day I saw some old blogging friends writing on a site and I decided to check it out. Well apparently I joined it a year ago and never wrote anything on the site!!
So, since I'm already a member of the site, I decided to write some posts there.. Of course I have no idea how to get around on the site because it's different from mylot. I am seeing a lot of familiar faces/names from bubblews though/ So hopefully I will do good, however I know nothing about bitcoins. They're payment from my understanding is bitcoins. That's probably the reason when I signed up over a year ago, I never wrote on the site. So, as usual I will be writing on mylot more than on steemit.
Have you ever heard of the site steemit? Do you write there? Do you know of anyone who has gotten paid there?
~Peace~

I think I saw @carebear29 mention it not too long ago, but aside from that I'm not really familiar with it. It sounds interesting. I've been meaning to start finding ways to increase my Bitcoin holdings, so maybe I'll give it a shot if others say it's worthwhile.
I'd imagine that so many from Bubblews being on the site would be a good indicator, though... after dealing with what happened over there, they'd probably have less tolerance for payment shenanigans.

This is the first time I encountered steemit. I do write but only here in mylot and in my blog. I hope you can find someone who already have an experience with steemit.

I haven't heard of it, and I can't say that I'm interested in another site. I barely have enough to write about for myLot.

I wish you well on this site. I have to spend most of my time on a site I know will pay and I like this one because it pays through Paypal which I like. I think I have heard of the site you mentioned but am not a member. I think everyone has their own expectations and some sites work for them and some don't. Depends on the individual.

Hi there! I haven't heard of steemit at all.
I only have time for mylot so I don't think I see myself going there at all.

Yes I'm there too, you can find me as artgirl there. I just cashed out for the first time a few days ago. It's more complicated than this site that's for sure.
I like it here because it is very user friendly and I get to "chat" with a lot of people too!

I've thought about joining it but haven't. I do know that there are many bitcoin ATMs around the country. In case you didn't know, there's a site that tells you if there's one in your area. Here's the link:
And it seems there's been some talk on mylot about steemit. I searched it and found a link with quite a few discussions about it. I'd also like to know if anyone has been paid. http://www.mylot.com/search/steemit

I joined Steemit last year but gave it up. You could earn HUGE cash there but I didn't like the environment. I observed members posting hostile blogs among themselves and earning from it.
I'd rather stay here even if I earn zero.
Steemit is NOT paying Bitcoin. They have their own CryptoCurrency called STEEM and STEEM DOLLAR which you can exchange to Bitcoin first before you can exchange to US$, GBP, EUR, etc.
