Like me, one of my work colleagues took off work after being bullied at the workplace.
We put in our workcover claims but being rejected as there were not enough evident. But even though our claims being rejected we still got support from the workcover.
As I wanted to go back to work yet couldn't, and still can't, be back at my workplace to face the bully, I was sent to another workplace to work until I got better.
My friend, who has stronger will than me, in the other hand, demanded to be back at the workplace. And she did have her wish granted.
And now, after being back for 6 weeks, she can't take the pressure from the bully any more. All the symptoms of being stressed and panicked are back, she was advised from our lawyer to put in another workcover claim again.
This bully doesn't seem to learn any lesson at all. And I am happy to see my choice of not going back there is right. Just hope that the bully will be punished soon.

Ohh even i faced such things, i looked for another job .. when i thought i can't bear anymore

That is a great shame that you are being bullied at work. I hope you get compensation at some time.
