I need some advice from mylotters.
The dentist gave me a bottle of mouth wash green liquid in color and told me to use it in the morning and night but there wasn`t any instruction whether to use it after or before brushing teeth.
what do you usually do? Use mouth wash before brushing your teeth to remove the food stuck in between the teeth ?
Use mouthwash after brushing the teeth to keep away bad breath? Should I wait 30min before using it? Should I dilute it ?

Exactly like @andriaperry I floss first to clean between the teeth, then I brush (at least 3 minutes) and finally I use the mouth wash.

I use the mouthwash after I brush my teeth. Depending on the after taste, I go ahead and dilute the mouthwash.

I always floss first, brush next and then mouthwash last.
