I need some advice from mylotters. The dentist gave me a bottle of mouth wash green liquid in color and told me to use it in the morning and night but there wasn`t any instruction whether to use it after or before brushing teeth. what do you usually do? Use mouth wash before brushing your teeth to remove the food stuck in between the teeth ? Use mouthwash after brushing the teeth to keep away bad breath? Should I wait 30min before using it? Should I dilute it ?

Exactly like @andriaperry I floss first to clean between the teeth, then I brush (at least 3 minutes) and finally I use the mouth wash.

Before or after brushing, but having a gap of 30min between the two is better :)

I use the mouthwash after I brush my teeth. Depending on the after taste, I go ahead and dilute the mouthwash.

I always use mouthwash right after brushing. I believe there is manufacturer's instruction on the bottle. Some mouthwash doesn't need to be diluted.

I think you should see that doctor again and ask him about it, I usually use toothpaste and the brush only
