Some time people push one to learn things you never considered necessary because you have money to take care of them but sometime even with your money such things may not be done for you at your convenience. Today one of my appliance developed fault immediately I put a call to the technician, he promised to come immediately I waited for hours, he didn't show up and I needed the gadget urgently, I had no option to troubleshoot the problem myself since it once developed similar fault, luckily I was able to recall the steps he followed the previous time to fix it and I did everything my self. The gadget is now in good state. It is always good to be watchful whenever your gadget or property is been repaired so as to have basic skills that could save you in days like this. Have you had such experience?.

I remember I had an issue with, I believe, my cable box. I called tech support and the person wasn't able to fix the problem, however, I managed to figure it out myself while on the phone with her. I told her I fixed the problem and how I did it. She was surprised I was able to figure out how to fix my problem. I was surprised she didn't know how to do it. Shouldn't they be able to resolve everything?
