That I shouldn't have use a lid to semi cover the pot.
I was boiling half pot of brown rice porridge for my lunch and I had set the timer of 15min.
I thought that semi cover the pot could induce the heat to cook the porridge faster. Well it over flowed instead.
Had to clean up the mess around and below the gas stove. Such a big mess!
Have you experience it ?
