Has your name ever been misspelled or mispronounced?

Ever since coming to the US I've had my last name (now my maiden name) misspelled and/or mispronounced many times. It's supposed to be Kovadlo but for some reason a lot of times people spell it and pronounce it as Kovaldo. I end up having to correct them. It's not that big a deal for me that they switch the D and the L, but I still want people to pronounce it and spell it the right way. I actually never understood why they keep making this mistake. Of course, there have been misspellings of my last name that were far worse than this one, and nowhere near what my last name actually is. How those came about boggle my mind.
My last name wasn't the only one that was/is misspelled. My official name is Yelena. When I tell people at Starbucks what my name is, what I see on my coffee cup usually says something else. Often they can leave out the Y, but there are times when I am Alaina, Allen, Ellen, or other such variation. How hard can be it be to get the name down right? I should probably just tell them my name is Lena (short version of Yelena), which is what I tell people to call me, but I'm pretty sure they'd get it wrong anyway.
I've had people online misspell Lena as Lean. I am not sure I am a huge fan of being called Lean cause it makes me think of a piece of meat. At the same time, the definition of lean means thin, slender, etc. and that's not a bad thing
.
Have you ever had your name (first, last or both) misspelled or mispronounced?

I don't use my real name here - if I did every would not pronounce it correctly. My husband's Father's side is from Russia so our last name is not Smith LOL.

It has been misspelled and mispronounced. I've been called Alan far too many times.

It becomes ridiculous when your name is misspelled or mispronounced many times the same way. Sometimes you correct people and they still keep making the same mistake.
