So Tired...

I'm probably sounding like a broken record. Last night, early evening actually, I found myself squinting and rubbing my eyes. I was really very tired. I took my sleep medication and a couple of hours later (1am) went to bed. I barely slept at all and my Fit Bit proves it. A little over 4 hours sleep. I'm tired. I WANT to sleep. Why can't I sleep when I am tired? Stupid fibromyalgia. I could blame it on the bed and hope that the new bed we purchased will make a difference. I could also blame it on the stress we now have before us to get our bedroom ready for the new bed in 4 short weeks. Or are we still feeling the affects of the earth's energy imbalance? I am watching Live with Kelly and Ryan (which I rarely watch) and both of them had trouble sleeping last night. I hear my daughter up. She's usually not up this early. Is there something in the air? Regardless, how am I going to have the energy to do all I have to do when I have no energy and very little eye sight? I'm going to have a hot shower, maybe lie down and see if I can catch a few z's, and then tackle a little bedroom packing.
