Britt McHenry defends the Las Vegas Police on the Michael Bennett scandal

You do know the old saying "When the cat is away, the mice came to play." Case in point is former ESPN sports reporter Britt McHenry who was one of the employees released by the so called Worldwide Leader In Sports recently.
I look at this way, if McHenry was still employed by ESPN, she probably would be scolded by ESPN after she wrote in an article for The Federalist that Seattle Seahawks football player Michael Bennett is wrong for blaming his race (Black) for the police allegedly roughing him up after Bennett was handcuffed outside by the police outside a casino in Las Vegas after the Money Fight between Floyd Mayweather Junior versus Conor McGregor.
There is no videotape evidence that the Las Vegas used excessive force on Bennett according to McHenry.
McHenry believes that since Bennett has made his disdain toward the police like former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, he is a target for the police to give him the works when he gets in trouble.
Gee whiz Colin and Michael sorry to inform you that Sheriff Andy Taylor and his deputy Barney Fife were not in Las Vegas to ask you for an autograph.
Oh by the way if McHenry is controversial, then ESPN sports writer Jemele Hill will be working for R P C television in Panama this afternoon. She is employed by ESPN who is losing viewers faster than Becky Botsford can say "Word Up!" and change into Wordgirl.

It was meant as satire against ESPN who get their kicks making fun of Latino sports stars and Bennett In my opinion just wants some attention to himself.

I stopped watching ESPN news casts long ago. Except for certain docs, occasional 30-30 specials and live baseball/ football games they are useless!

Me too since these clowns at Sports Center and their talk show just annoy me with their holier than thou attitude.

@Deepizzaguy Too much sports and politics! If I want to hear political opinions, which I don't anymore, I would watch a cable news program not ESPN

Britt was released before the incident that involved Michael Bennett complaining that the Las Vegas police roughed him up. Britt believes that ESPN released her since they not like her conservative views.

She was probably let go because they knew how she felt.
