Favorite "Strange" Songs #4 - "Love Ain't No Stranger"

The theme for this particular music series is songs that contain the word, or a variation of, "strange" in the title. #4 in the countdown belongs to "Love Ain't No Stranger" by Whitesnake.
From their 1984 album, Slide it In, "Love Ain't No Stranger" is often classified as a power ballad, but there are too many hard rocking sections that are too much to qualify as a power ballad.
The song did chart, though. It reached #44 in the UK, and #34 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart.
According to vocalist David Coverdale, drummer Cozy Powell once declared "Love Ain't No Stranger" the best song that he had ever played on.
If you were to see Whitesnake in concert, this is one that you would leave disappointed if they failed to play it.

I've started following Coverdale on twitter. He posts some funny stuff. I like his sense of humour. I like a bit of Whitesnake. Was listening to great whitesnake concert from 2012 on youtube yesterday.
