My Payment Error! How Can I Contact Mylot?

Friends, here is a bad news and that is my mylot payment is showing error but my paypal address on the account setting option is correct.
How is this possible? This is not the first time when mylot sending me payment then how it could be a error?
This is really a bad news for me, my paypal is fine but what happen when mylot tried to send me payment? My email address for paypal is absolutely correct as it was. Then why this error and how can I contact mylot?
I really don't understand, what to do!

@SHOHANA The mistake was from my side, I entered wrong my PayPal account. Alex came back to me a couple of days later and in another two days I received my payment. Have you sent a Personal Message to Alex? This is what I did, he always ask not to write posts but to send Personal Messages when we encounter this kind of problems.

So sorry to hear this I have a question for you is your email you use for mylot the same as your pay pal? If not there is your problem.

@Tina30219 mylot sent me payment several times n there was no error, my paypal email n account verified email not similar since the beginning and this error is unexpected!

I hope there is no restriction with regards to payment through paypal in your country, the best answer could be from admin
