Hello fellow mylotters. My sinus issues have gotten worse, I think it's the up and down of temperatures. Last Sunday I wasn't feeling the best. Then our oldest son came down for a visit. He smokes!! I didn't think the smoking was bothering me. Then Tuesday,Tuesday night and Wednesday we were out of town visiting my family. My oldest sister and her husband were down from South Dakota. Tuesday night we stayed at my aunt's house and we had the window open and the fan blowing on me and I woke up coughing and almost lost my voice. Then it seemed like my cough was getting worse. I told family I didn't have enough hands!! When I coughed my sides hurt and I would cough so hard my head would hurt!! Then I found out that when going through menopause isn't the only cause for my hot flashes but also when you have allergies!! Oh, gee just what I did NOT need to hear!! Yesterday, I slept most of the day and was in bed by 8 p.m. Now, today I only had one bad coughing spurt and am doing more things, so hopefully I'm getting over it!! How has your week been? ~Peace~
