How do coprate people think?

Let talk about the ones that run the big box stores. This what my store did thinking they get more workers to stay. One they got rid of holiday pay say like you work on 4th of July they usr to pay time in a half. Thanksgiving day my store close but we use to get pay for that day if we work the day before or after. They now call vacation pay personal time off which was cut in half. So if we're sick or want to cover pay for holiday we got take it out of personal time off pay they call it pto. For short. My store had a lot of people who work there for a long time quit.even I'm on my way out .I just started a new job to.im not ready to give them 2 weeks notice
Plus it take them 6 months to get some one new.ok so do you think the corporate people plan working on keeping people I say not.

You would think a post like this would have 100's of likes. tells me people are scared or fell for the BS. Hope the good people make that bad situation better.

I hate when companies start changing their policies like that. I agree that it won't keep people around. But in their minds that might be able to hire someone else and pay them less. Its crap either way how they do it. Sorry you're going through that
