Okay. Here it is. 
Actually, I seldom accept challenges here in Mylot and this time, I will take the challenge. And here are the members who submitted themselves for the challenge already. @Poppylicious and @poehere
1. My real name is Chatur - you probably wondering where did my parents get my name. It's a combination of their names. Charito and Arthur. 
2. I'm 34 years old. Others have mistaken me for 25 years old. Maybe because I'm short. Or I'm too cute. 
3. I don't like vegetables. I can only take those I can swallow right away. 
4. I like to read books. One of my favorite authors is Anne Rice - Vampire Chronicles. 
5. I'm a coffee buff. 
6. I'm a night person. Meaning, I am active at night. 
7. I'm moody and that what makes me a Cancerian. 
8. I like to sing and dance. 
9. I am a friend that you can always rely on, and when I mean I'm your friend. That is a lifetime. 
10. And lastly, I'm a Dialysis patient for 4 years. Thank God. I'm still alive. 
There are still more I want to share, but this is only for the challenge.

Haha, I sing and dance in my room. I sing to youtube's karaoke and feel the moment sometimes.

Wow, thank you for taking the challenge. I am so happy that you shared with us. I too am happy you are still alive and can be here with us. I hope that you will one day learn to love vegetables. That is about all I eat. I have an organic garden and grow so much of our own food there. It is wonderful you did this and I know many people will be so happy to meet you. You are a good friend. I know because you are my friend here on the site.

@JustBhem I am so happy I have inspired you to do this. It isn't always easy to think of what we want to say about ourselves and share with others. I am so glad that you did this and put me down. I am glad I found this and read it. Yes I do consider you a good friend here on the site.

Ah, dialysis. Being a coffee buff doesn't mix well with fluid restrictions. Husband was on HaemoD for just over two years. It sucks, muchly. I'm moody too ... definitely a cancerian trait!
