A fish fry for two

This afternoon my husband fried some perch and bass, along with hush-puppies for our middle of the afternoon combination lunch and supper. I stewed some potatoes and onions to go with the fish. Of course, I made cold sweet tea to drink. A fish dinner just needs sweet tea. Finished off with a peach popscicle for dessert. We both took a short nap afterwards, so now we'll probably be up til the wee hours before we can go to sleep! But our fish fry for two was definitely worth it. I got to thinking after I posted this. Fish fry for two. What's wrong with this picture? A fish fry should include lots of family and friends with a couple of large frying pans frying the fish and hushpuppies. There should be slaw along with the stewed potatoes, fresh sliced tomatoes, and for dessert, banana pudding and chocolate pies. Oh well, we didn't have the crowd of people (nor the desserts), but my husband and I enjoyed our small fish fry all by ourselves.
