Hugh Hefner, an icon of last century and creator of Playboy died today of natural causes. He was 91. RIP It seems that with his death an era closes.

He did. And even if I never opened a Plaboy magazine, I did know who he was.

I am inexplicably saddened by the news of his passing. It truly feels as if it's the end of an era.

Yes. When I was young, society was a lot more prude.

I feel bad....I always liked him because he would let all his pretty girlfriends keep as many pets as they wanted to at the mansion. And those pets had a GREAT life there. I'm thinking maybe he could have had another stroke (he had a minor one years ago that he recovered from.) But this one could have been a massive stroke that just killed him. I'm only guessing, don't know for sure. R.I.P. Hef, and thanks for being so tolerant....that mansion was like a zoo!
