I enjoyed watched many of the game shows Monty Hall hosted and produced over his long career. His career started in 1946 just before he married Marilyn in 1947. She was a television, theatre producer and writer. She passed away June 5, 2017 at the age of 90. He passed from a heart attack at 96. They were married a lot of years and had 3 children Joanna Gleason actress, Sharon Head of Television at Alcon Entertainment and Richard Hall a television producer.
I'll remember him for all the years he hosted Let's Make A Deal, which started in 1963 on NBC and several years later aired on ABC. The show aired during the daytime for a long time; however, there were 2 evening shows.
Did you watch Let's Make A Deal?

Yes, I watched Let's Make A Deal and personally miss that and some of the other wonderful Game shows from that time frame. It is a shame that he is now gone, but what a wonderful life he lived.

Yes, I agree several of them did so much during their life time. This gentlemen did a lot of charity help and I always heard great things about his family.
