What am I supposed to do for five days??!!

I was just thinking I'll text my sister and tell her to let me know if she wants to go for a pint one night this week, she works full time but she only lives less than five minutes up the road, and Treacle would be alright on her own for an hour or two First I'll sleep though

@LilyBeBack It is sad, and it is probably not easy to travel with her. Finally, you have an activity between your naps : walking the dog !

@topffer I wish I could anticipate her energy levels, I didn’t put my coat on for her walk just now and she ended up going for half an hour

I forgot to mention that Treacle's got arthritis now She's still a puppy in her head, and the arthritis has come on quite suddenly, so she hasn't got used to it yet, but she's really slow and she can't walk far at all. She has to have five short walks every day now instead of two or three really long ones.

I bet your house is spotless by now I've asked my mam to send me some videos, I know they'll be busy with him but I miss seeing him laughing

Kids are a jewel and you will always miss them no matter how big they are.

Another downside to this week is the house spiders here, this house is a favourite of theirs! I just saw one on the back doorstep, I'm surprised it didn't knock, it looked big enough

@sishy7 I've been lucky so far at my house, I had one living under my fridge for a while but she only popped her head out at night and she respectfully scuttled back into hiding whenever I walked past :')

I would but their house and garden is absolutely spotless! My mam never has any mess in her house at all, except when she's looking after Leonard but even then it's only his toys

@aureliah Not even slightly I went back to my house yesterday to do some tidying and hoovering ready for my return tomorrow, and today I'll be making my parents' house look like I was never here

I'll probably forget to eat a single egg, but they keep for a long time so I'm sure somebody will have them... to be honest I always end up dropping one on the way back to the house I'm like Foolish Jack, but at least it means treacle gets an egg out of it I don't know who Darcy Bussell is but I'm sure she's a handsome woman (I know this statement is out of place but I've always wanted to refer to someone as a handsome woman) I don't know if I dare take up baking, there's a serious risk I might be good at it and then you'll hear about me in the news in a few years because I've had to be winched out of my house by the fire brigade with a crane because I don't fit through doors any more

Yeah I know what you mean, but with them all being on holiday there has to be someone here to look after the pets, and it is a really nice house and everything, it's just difficult to get my head round not having responsibilities I'm going home for a couple of hours today just to make sure everything's alright and to tidy up properly ready for going home on Friday, and tonight I'm going for a drink with my sister when she gets home from work

@Hannihar She had to cancel last night as she had to work late, but it worked out well because I had a really bad headache all day yesterday We're going tonight instead

I take her on five short walks a day as she's got arthritis now, so she usually can't walk far but she has to be moving around often

I think I might channel my inner laziness and revert back to my teenage years
