Cereal before bed

I am getting more and more like my Dad. We never ate cereal for breakfast but there were always at least two boxes on the shelf. My dad nearly always had a bowl of cereal before going to bed. If there was no cereal he had a bowl of rice with sugar and milk. I never thought I would do that, but recently I find myself eating a bowl of cereal in the evening.
Do you have a snack before bed?

Which cereal do you like before bed? I tend to like the "healthier" cereals more than the rest of my family.

Back in the day yes but since I'm doing intermittent fasting, my last meal of the day is at 4 in the afternoon.

I never have snacks before going to bed. I just have rice and curry for dinner and don't feel hungry

I take medication so after I take that I cannot eat anything. I don't like to eat at night. I eat cereal in the morning only for breakfast.

Nope i don't eat anything after I brush my teeth. Dinner is my last intake
