Infomercials on Television

Do you watch infomercials? What was the one you watched about? Did you ever buy anything advertised on an infomercial? Which one is your favorite?
I bought the flex seal liquid and tape product. The one showing the pitchman Phil Swift riding in a motor boat after sealing it and claiming no leaks. Wee Doggies!!!!
I bought the sham wow in the photo too...But Wait There's More

i have watched some that caught my attention but only bought a couple of things and they did not work out as they were represented

Sometimes that does happen. I am wary of most of those infomercials

@dgobucks226 Cathy Mitchell does a lot of cooking products. Most famous for the "Turbo cooker" - which - while it works well, is basically a large non-stick pan with a domed lid. :-)

@FayeHazel I've never seen that infomercial Faye. Sounds like the item is efficient, but not revolutionary in the cooking realm

I am very cautious with buying these products. I have bought a few, but most I am wary about. The flex seal I bought worked, I bought a sensor light I love, the Sham Wow works and does save on paper towels. Don't know about Cathy Mitchell's product?

No I never have bought from informericals. But my mother-s ex-boyfriend did once. He bought a flashlight which my mother loves.

It is not bad. It does seal. I used the flex liquid on a leaking pipe and it did stop the leak. Never tried it on a boat though

Thankfully, I don’t have either cable or insomnia, so infomercials are a thing of the past for me.

You can catch them on weekends during the daytime so you won't lose your beauty sleep! Oh yes, you don't have cable You can always watch clips on u tube? (just kidding)

Occasionally I'll get a useful "As seen on TV" & sometimes I'd catch some if I can't sleep but not too often.
