Homeschool Graduation

High School graduations are cherished and desired. Often, it is thought that homeschoolers are left out of this celebration. Graduations are considered a rite of passage. Many homeschool parents will put their kids back in public school or enroll them in a private school for their senior year just so they can walk at graduation time. That is fine and there is certainly nothing wrong with wanting your graduating senior to take part in a traditional ceremony. There are options though. One simple option is to have a family/friend celebration, a party for homeschool friends graduating together. It can be a personalized party instead of a generic ceremony. Food, games, and honors can be incorporated in unique, memorable ways.

@gnatsmom Yes, Homeschoolers might feel left out but they can have their own celebration and a fun one at that.

It is amazing to me that some homeschool parents can't even spell basic words correctly. I wonder if they even notice the errors when I see them continually posted over and over again.

It is not just homeschool parents. Many times, people don't catch these misspelled words. Auto correct will change them and the person be in such a hurry that they don't catch it.
