My SB for online purchases via Swagbucks not automatically credited

Whenever I make purchases online via Swagbucks Shop & Earn the SB should get credited to my account without me doing anything. The past four purchases that I did online via Swagbucks Shop & Earn never got credited to my account.
I had to contact support about each one individually, giving them all the required information pertaining to the order, along with a screenshot of the order, in order to get credited those SB.
When I submitted each request I got an automated message. I had to reply back, telling them 32 days had already passed since the order was placed. And then after their investigation I was finally credited the SB for each online order.
I shouldn't have to do that every time I buy something online via Swagbucks Shop & Earn. It is very annoying and needs to be fixed on their end, so it doesn't keep happening.
Anyone experiencing the same thing lately?

I have ever ordered anything via swagbucks to get credit for it. I am glad you finally got your credit. But it should be automatic.

@jstory07 Yes, it should. They say it can take up to 32 days for the SB to get credited. These past few times that never happened even after that time, until I contacted support. It would be ok if the SB was pending and took longer to credit. But it never showed up in pending. There have been other instances in the past where I hadn't been credited my SB and had to contact support, but it didn't happen all the time. Wonder what changed and why it keeps happening, at least to me.
