I already have the chicken in the oven. I salted it, put some butter everywhere and added lemon juice. My cousin does not eat pepper. By phone, today, he told me that he wasn´t eating rice either. But I bet he will eat 3 helpings of the leche flan I made yesterday
My aunt said that she was bringing ggreen beans, but I have green beans too so there will be enough salad for everyone.
Juanita is bringing her beautician tools so after this post I will shower and wash my head. She will have to do a good job so that I´m at least 10 years younger

Love a roasted chicken. The leche flan sounds wonderful too.
I have a cousin who can't eat black pepper. She is highly allergic to it.
