Went to Tesco this morning after breakfast at the nearby coffee shop. Bought some groceries and 50% off veggies for tonight's dinner.
The picture shown is one of the assorted veggie sets that are having 50% ( cost RM 3.50 = USD 80 cents )off from the original price. There are different type of veggie meals to choose from. Cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, asparagus and many more. I had chosen this veggie which is a combination of cauliflower, mushrooms, carrot, ginger and broccoli. Although there isn't any seasoning in the set, there is a short instruction how to cook them.

Wow that is an awesome deal and a good variety of veggies. I do get veggies at 50% off sometimes but they are never in packs like that.

yeah, mostly are loose veggies but this time it is pre packed fresh veggies, good deal indeed, 80 cents only !

yeah me too, morning at 8am is the best time to buy the veggies and meats because that time is when the food comes in from the market

that is a good buy, actually market place should offer discount price so that the veggies are sold off rather than keeping them and become rotten

@peachpurple yup, I agree. There are discounts and offers here but I can't recall seeing one for veggies.

What's those yellow things top left hand corner.here we don't get vegetables like this assorted...It a good idea though.i would love some of those mushrooms and brocoli
