Inspired by Jessica’s (Jekca) @Jessicalynnt Suddendeath Poetry challenge to create a verse around the five words, pain, tears, light, hope and fears. If beating hurt you more than it hurts me Allow me to inflict the pain on you. No, you don’t want my tears in your own eyes Just to inflict fear and scars agony. I’ve faced sadistic bullies before who Gloating, laughing as the light of hope dies. Do your worst, coward, I’ll try to derive Some purpose to your kicking and your blows. You’re the yellow one and you know it too My defiance of you endures, survives My self-worth rises while your esteem goes Goes to Hell; go on, beat me black and blue You become pathetic by your action Can’t you follow the public reaction Trend against such violent tendencies You should be left behind as the species Evolves, moves on, progresses and changes Perhaps in some remote future ages They’ll clone you like a Jurassic throwback But with luck this will be your last attack For you have no place in liberal times The world will look back on your worthless crimes Consigned to the dustbin of history How you got elected’s a mystery On behalf of women, gays, refugees, Mexicans, Hispanics, anyone who sees; You need impeachment Trump, set the world free You can’t harm me – I am Democracy. @arthurchappell Until I saw that, I didn't realize that it was affecting others here too. I thought it was a lone incident on my phone and proceeded to download a security suite that works well on my computer. It doesn't seem to be stopping the redirects from when mylotting though.

EXCELLENT!! You really nailed it, basically said it all, but I'm going to try to work on one of my own and I'll be back with it. Thanks for putting into words much of what I've been thinking.

Well, I was going to say that, I have to say, but I don't really need to confess, but will nevertheless. That the mystery resulted from people like me. I still prefer him over the other options, I just wish my guy made it, so we wouldn't have to live with such caution. I wish he had put different choices in the Cabinet so they could tone down his ideas that won't be best for everyone.

@arthurchappell Thanks. I began writing and realized shortly that a few of the words rhymed so worked on it a small bit.
