Yesterday, we had no work, so I texted my colleague, Miss CC, that we go to school at 2:30PM to get our salary. She affirmed, and said she will send text messages to our other colleagues.
I came ahead of my 3 colleagues. (There was actually an incident why we had our salary in the afternoon. The accounting office personnel kept on telling me over the phone that they have not yet prepared our pay).
So, when the 4 of us got our salaries, we thought of pushing through the idea of going to the newly-opened super-mall in the city. Upon arriving, there were many people inside the mall, but the volume of persons decreased now.
We decided to eat at a famous burger food store (Burger King). I had 2 take-out meals for my sister and my son. I also asked a colleague to take a picture of us as a remembrance.
But the picture was not yet posted this morning. I then messaged Miss CC where the picture is.
Do you take pictures when it is your first time to be in a certain place?

we can use or phone's camera, but in the previous years, we use the 'kodakan' camera and the films are even numbered at 110, 125, and 136.

@louievill true. sometimes i want to return the developed pictures because they have the edges like frames? and i wanted the simpler pictures with no edges. the employees even got angry at me for my complaints. hehehehe!

Oh my, You got your salary late due to negligence on the side of your personnel 
but I`m glad you still made yourself a good treat and that`s good 
. About taking pictures, I`m not a person who likes taking pictures but I got used to it because my Mom, siblings and husband love that and somehow begun to like it too

yes. normally, we part-time instructors should have our salaries on the first and 16th day of the month. this 15th/16th, since there was suspension of classes, we expected our salaries on Tuesday, but it was a disgust because our salaries were given before 5PM. i had to call back at 10AM.

yes it is, kabsat. it is Shoe mart. SM. Robinson's might open next year.

@ilocosboy hahaha! not so much kabsat. it takes P10 to go to the city, another 10 to take a ride to the mall; i must have money to have snacks or buy something, or just window-shopping. i will just go there if i have friends to go with me.

If it's in a foreign place and it's a tourist spot, yes. But restaurants, normally no.
I like Burger King because their patty is grilled.

yes, taking pictures in foreign lands is a good reminder of one's experiences in sojourning.

@sishy7 i think Agfa was only here in my country. yes, i also recall Fuji films. the Agfa was cheaper than the Kodak and Fuji.

yes, unlike before that we have to carry our cameras and then when the film is already full, we have to change it. here, we had the 110, 125, and 136 sizes of camera films, like Kodak, and Agfa.

when i and my son went there yesterday, we noticed many young people taking selfies, even in a blank wall.
i also take beautiful flowers and clouds and i post them on FB; even the mango tree and the aftermath of the typhoon last year.
