Many people are buying things online now. The merchants are earning big bucks, so are the online companies and the courier companies. The biggest problem is you can't rush the courier service, you can't change them either. The merchants select their own courier service, clients cannot request to change them unless you don't buy from them. I had ordered some dry groceries from 11 street and it has been 7 days, yet the status of the goods is " delivering" which is not. I called the courier service and gave them my consignment note number, you know what I got for an answer: Courier not in my residential area because less delivery there, have to wait. Shocked but cannot rush them because I had paid for my ordered groceries. Now I have to wait. Can't cancel either. Courier companies are making big bucks now, they call the shots, not customers. my own drawing
