When You Hate To Exercise

We all do things we don't even realize we are doing, such as brush our teeth, have out meals, do our laundry, etc. Wouldn't it be nice if activity were the same? Here are a few tips for those who need a little boost.
Don't call it "exercise"
Don't compare yourself
Go whichever the pace
Get an accountability partner
Attempt something different
Think of the benefits
Don't wait
Simply do one thing
Keep an activity log
Change wrong environments
Is there anything else you can think of? I know this does not pertain to all of you. I simply want those who need a little pep in their step to know they CAN do it!

I love exercise and so I would go running every morning but I find it very interesting the tips you put down here.
