Unexplained Mysteries

When I have time I enjoy doing research about unsolved mysteries and unexplained phenomena. I also enjoy reading about history. One of the unsolved mysteries in history I am intrigued about is the disappearance of Amelia Earhart. Amelia Earhart was American pilot and author, she disappeared July 2, 1937. She was on a circumnavigational flight of the globe, which she would have added to her many accomplishments as a female pilot. According to researchers, they believed to found the remains of Mrs Earhart. They believe this as some of her belongings were near the crash site. There is still some speculation to it though as they do not have something to check the remains against for a positive DNA match. They believe that Amelia Earhart and Fred Noonan got lost halfway between Hawaii and Australia. And the plane then crashed landed on Gardner Island. After her crash-landing they speculate that they did try call for help, however, nothing has been proven yet. It would be great to actually have proof that they were her remains, as at the moment there are people who still believe that she escaped the island and changed her name to live a life out of the limelight. I do not believe that she would do that as she loved flying. Do you enjoy unexplained mysteries?

@Chantiele Have you heard about Ricky McCormick? This is an unsolved mystery that I find fascinating and interesting.
Toggle navigation UNSOLVED MYSTERIES The week of February 7th, 2016 By Stassa Edwards For three hot June days in 1999, no one cared about Ricky McCormick. There were no frantic calls to the police, no missing person reports, no mothers or widows appealing

Not as far as I know, however, those are also interesting to read about. I mean ships, boats, planes, and people disappearing without any clues.
