A change of season from dry to wet has caused many people to come down with flu. I am now having it. I guessed I got it from shaking hands with other people who have flu or just recovered from it.
What will you do when you have running nose and keep sneezing? Will you consult a doctor or only buy medicines. A friend told me that serious flu should not be neglected.

@yanzalong Every country has different products, I do not know what you have in Indonesia, but you need an antihistamine.

I also get sick on weather change and if running nose and sneezing appears, I usually drink Lemon juice with honey!
Get well soon!

Oranges. I just ate orange fruit at the moment I started sneezing. And drink plenty of water.
