Making Sand Angels tomorrow!

There is a charity event tomorrow at the beach to raise money for storm and rescue funds, to commemorate the 5th anniversary of Hurricane Sandy which made landfall here, and also to stand in solidarity with victims of Hurricanes Irma, Jose, and Maria. They are also trying to break the Guinness Book of World Records for most Sand Angels made at one time. Further, for each $5 ticket sold, another $20 winds up being donated to charity by other foundations. I bought 2 tickets a couple of weeks ago--one for myself and one for my husband. Boy was my husband pissed. He wanted no part of getting up early on a Saturday morning and rolling around in the sand. I was resigned to doing it myself up until this afternoon when I heard him on the phone with a work colleague. The guy asked what he was doing over the weekend and my husband laughed and said "making Sand Angels". Guess that means he is coming with me! I think it will be a fun thing to do.
