Cinema (especially the movies based on true stories) has the true power to move with the feelings of any people around the world and to be able to cause major transformations in their lives. It's almost like magic.

I have a few that really stick with me. Seabiscuit was one of my favorites since I am a horse racing fan. Animal stories are very moving! Saving Private Ryan was fantastic and supremely done (should of won an Academy Award). Awakenings was not only inspirational but extremely emotional. I believe all of them are based on true stories.

Honestly, right now I don't know of any movies based off of true stories off the top of my head.

I did watch something once that did really inspire me and I cannot for the life of me remember the name.
