When you are starving.

Last Saturday, I and the boyfriend went to the center to have my cross matching. While waiting for the result, it was raining so hard that we couldn't leave the place. We waited for the rain to pass. Then we decided to have our dinner, actually, we plan to have some Nachos and Siomai, one of our fave time together. Since it's already quarter to 8 in the evening, we decided to have our dinner instead. Went to KFC for a new dish but end up leaving the place because they don't have rice. We end up eating at Mang Inasal which comes with Unlimited Rice. And because we are starving. We almost ate the bones too. Lol The photo is mine. Our left over. Lol

It shows that in your country people really love rice. Nobody here would care for unlimited rice.

@JustBhem I am a very healthy person but I stay away from food that can cause some problem in my health. You have medical treatments and I think you should be careful with your food intake most of the time.

@toniganzon Yeah, I know that. Sometimes, I think about this. I don't have healthy kidneys anymore so why not try to eat something that makes me happy. The last time I was very meticulous about my food intake, I'm about 38 kilos and that is not good. Then my nephrologist told me that I should eat whatever that makes me happy, as long as my water is okay and the level of phosphorous in my body is also okay. And I don't eat food outside. I always have eggs and a little meat (matchbox).

What does 'cross matching' mean?

@JustBhem Thank you. Yes, this must be done if you belong to a blood group that may not match with others. I have 0 negative which is the best to have for donors as it can be given to everybody. People with the blood group AB can receive blood from everybody.

As per Wikipedia. In transfusion medicine, cross-matching or crossmatching (sometimes called compatibility testing) is testing before a blood transfusion to determine if the donor's blood is compatible with the blood of an intended recipient.

Wow!! You must have been hungry. We always end up with a lot of left over rice anytime we go somewhere where rice is the main ingredient with the meat for later.
