Did a Dingo eat her baby?

While waiting on the new sitcom of Will and Grace, I decided to watch the whole series over again to get my memory up to speed and also see episodes I missed.
Well, at the end of the old series, Grace was having a baby and Will was going to help her raise it. Either I did not get to see some episodes or they just skipped over it in the new Will and Grace ! If they did that, yes I am angry. Have watched the new episodes twice just to make sure I did not miss a mention of said baby !
Reminded me of Elaine in a couple of episodes of Seinfeld spouting out the phrase (for no apparent reason) " A dingo ate my baby"
These sitcom people really need to get it together! Like in Kevin can wait, they just went into a new season with barely a mention of the mother dying and not much remorse shown by the family nor any indication as to what really happened to her! anyone notice any of these type of over sites of the television world these days?
Yes I realize not many of you watch much tv, but in my position it is a highlight of my life.

I think Elaine and the Dingo Ate Her Baby is a very popular catchphrase. I haven't watched the new Will & Grace. Is it good?

it is pretty funny. i used to laugh every time. anyway, the new one would be better if they had picked it up where they left it like they said. its okay but not as good

i do too. i laughed every time she said it and had no idea where that came from. anyway, that is what came to my mind when i realized the new will and grace supposedly starting where they left off did not say in the old one nor the new one what became of the baby she was having.

@bunnybon7 I didn't know either but it was funny as heck, right? I just remember (I think) she, Jerry, and George were at a party and there was another guest who kept emphasizing the word "fiance" which annoyed Elaine - and that's when she said it. I'm not too familiar with Will and Grace . . . but if I'm reading correctly, it sounds like the creators were just going conveniently ignore some things where they left off . . . but how annoying for the fans!

@bunnybon7 I do. I've seen many episodes on shows I enjoy and wonder what the writers were thinking.

I love that episode with Elaine. I have not seen Will & Grace yet, I loved the old ones though.

me too but you will be a bit disappointed with the follow up i think. especially if like myself, you expect to find out about what happened in between

well wiki or nothing has this answer unless the writers could be gotten to. but that is doubtful

They definitely made a mistake and didn't know that viewers have a better memory than them. I wonder if any wrote letters to the scriptwriter and complained about this discrepancy?

Never heard of this. I also don't watch TV but I watch things over the internet. Anyway when curious I check things out. Perhaps this can explain to you about the baby.

I like / love so many tv shows, could never not watch tv.
I have not watched those two shows though, but have seen things like that happen in other shows. Its definitely frustrating as a viewer.

yesa because the whole idea is to loose yourself in another place etc. till the characters are so real that if something or someone is just dropped, it ruins the whole thing
