What is your favorite seasoning?

In the vast majority of recipes, what usually gives a striking flavor to the dishes is the seasoning that is used on it. Do you have any favorite seasoning?
Mine is oregano. I think it's amazing how much it can give more flavor to just about everything.

I had to really think about that one for a minute. I have a loaded spice cabinet and I use a wide variety of different spices and seasonings depending upon what I'm making. If I had to pick just ONE (besides salt and pepper obviously), I'd say that it would be rosemary. I love the flavor and I can use it on chicken, beef, and pork. Even shrimp. Not so much on fish, though.
Oregano isn't something that I use often. I have it for homemade pasta and pizza sauces, some Mexican dishes and marinades, and for sprinkling on pizza. That's about it.

I have a few that I like to use over and over again. I like pepper and paprika.

I don't cook often, but I'll put red pepper flakes on just about anything
