I feel bad after this dream

This morning I woke up feeling bad. I had a bad dream about myself still working at my previous employer. It was not a good side of time like I was late for work, I did't work well, etc. The question is why was I brought back to the time when I made such mistakes? This often comes back in my dream. Lots of people have been having bad dreams around me. I often dream I have lost something and when I wake up its never true. Try not to let it worry you as our mind has its own way of sorting things out if they need sorting out. Employment over here is very precarious but we still have to keep trying to do what we can.

No idea at all but sometimes I would have a dream that I'm back in college and that I couldn't graduate because I lack some documents. It made me feel bad too upon waking up. But I think those are just my past fears.

You should not feel bad as it was a dream and dreams have nothing to do with the reality.

You should not be disappointed about it. When the thing is in a dream then why should you fear about it when the present is in your hands. Try to reverse the message in the dream. Consider this as a warning and be careful in your day to day office work.
