Trouble sleeping?

I can't sleep. Do you have some kind of specific problem that won't let you sleep at the correct times? I mean... Something or some situation that leaves you awake when you really need to sleep? In my case, it is a bad habit to sleep late. How about you?

My sleep was ruined by years of noisy neighbors plus the regimen of years of getting up at the same time for work.

I don't often have a sleeping trouble. Usually it may be I drink a coffee before and I am sleepless. Or I have some worried things and then it bothers me to fall asleep. Otherwise usually I can fall asleep quite soon.

I have trouble sleeping when I have a problem that remains unsolved. I stay awake trying to figure out the best solution to solve it.

I often cant sleep either. I use Melatonin and sometimes that works.

i was like this last night too, since i thought about that creepy story i read in the afternoon i just wrapped myself in a blanket and thought of other happier things

I also have problems with sleeping. Especially if I am awaken from a deep sleep, it;s very difficult for me to go back to sleep. Sometimes, i change position or transfer to another bed or sometimes on the sofa , just to go back to sleep again.

Yeah my case is similar too..i cannot sleep until its 1 a.m. in the night. I have a very bad habit of sleeping late which is not good for health.

I am trying to get rid on insomnia, I try to sleep at 10.30pm and wake up at 5am, but these days, had been sleeping at 11.30pm but still wake up at 5am

I have a bad habit too of sleeping late and waking up late. I know it isn't good but I'm working on sleeping early at least no more than 11 P.M.

I only sleep late over the week ends. I have never had a problem sleeping.
