Have you ever judged a book by its cover?

This is a very common mistake (something childish to some extent if we stop to pay attention
... because some people even after they become adults still do it) and ends up depriving us of meeting great authors / writers and fantastic books.

I look at your post photo and can't help but think "Whatchu talkin' 'bout Willis?!"
.
Oh yes, I admit I have judged books by their covers. I don't know if it's really childish, but certainly almost every human - even adults - have done this.

Most of the time I judge the book by its cover. I know it is wrong but this is the first impression that the book will leave me. Besides, I also judge the book by its name. Now since I don't have to go to the bookstore to choose the book as I like to buy them online. I will read others' feedback to judge whether it is a good book.

Yes sometimes, but only for authors that I'm not familiar with. If I'm already familiar with their work then I don't care if the cover doesn't look appealing.

I give every book a change, if after ten pages, I don't like it, then I know now for me.
