Is anyone here on the Keto diet?! What's your experience/opinion about it? I personally find it really hard for me to do because I looooove carbs lol. I've seen amazing results though!!

It's a high fat and low carbs no sugar type of diet. There are only certain types of food you can have.

I am doing a Keto diet right now....and I hear you! Carbs are so good, it is hard to stick to not eating them!
