Our internet is finally fixed

at last, after more than 2 months, we have internet at night now i don't really use it much, but my dad does, so i am quite happy that the issue is fixed. hoping for a rebate though

Hope you get the rebate that you deserve. Customer service here in our country lags behind big time compared with that of other countries.

After two months? That is a long time to have a service interruption! I hope you guys get some compensation or credits on your billing statement for those months. Have you considered switching internet service provider?

I did consider that for a while, but it would be such a hassle since others internet providers are just the same We didn't have internet at night, but in the morning it was okay.. which was quite weird

i have no idea, I wonder how many tickets they made for our line.. we called a bunch of times and some technicians came in though
