I'm not sure if I have even seen that movie for not. If I ever did, I don't remember anything about it.

December 1st is the first of the Christmas month. That is what all kids care about.

That's true. I don't celebrate Christmas. It's way too commercial for me and I don't like the origins of Christmas. Jesus was NOT born in December.

Those are really interesting facts. I don't have any to add except to say that Vince's younger brother was born on December 1.

@JudyEv Yes, I'm trying to keep these Daily Posts very short. Just a taste.

My oldest brother was born on December 13th. I guess there were a lot of famous people born on December 1st. I could have added some of those, but I wanted to keep the post short.

@IreneVincent I think your post is about the right length. Readers don't like them too long.

We look back at history with nostalgia for the "good old days" when life was simpler. Events today will be part of history for future generations. Let not our children and their children describe our era as one of folly and madness.

Unfortunately, 'OUR ERA' is an era of madness. This world is a mess. Did you ever watch this video about WHY the world is in such a mess and what God plans to do about it? Even if you are not a Bible reader, this video is very eye-opening.
Why study the Bible? Find answers to life’s big questions: Is there a God? Will suffering end? See how to get a free Bible study at a time and place convenient for you.
