Featured image required to publish quizzes on Virily

Whenever I published quizzes on Virily, I never had to insert a picture. I was always able to submit a quiz for review without one. Those that approved my quiz added the picture for me. I liked that because I didn't have to worry about finding a fitting image, saving it to my laptop, and uploading it. I just created a quiz and I was not able to submit it for review without adding a picture. Seems that now it's a requirement for us to insert pictures ourselves because a message pops up saying that a featured image is required. That means more work for me. I found a fitting image on pixabay and tweaked it a bit and uploaded it. This allowed me to submit my quiz for review. I wonder if we have to provide the URL of where the original image came from though. And if so, where it would go.
