It seems I have to leave the special ward (IMCU) after 3pm. Ideally, endorsements should be done 15 minutes before the end of the shift. We had the endorsement at 7:15 this morning. I was given one benign female patient to take care of.
Endorsement for the 3-11pm shift started at 3:40pm because there was one admission at 2:45 pm. There is a policy that admissions 30 minutes before the next shift should be delayed until the endorsement is finished. The doctors however did not follow the protocol that is why the nurse supervisor was disappointed to them.
It also took me 40 minutes to reach home. I had to take 2 rides because of heavy traffic. So when I arrived home, I was so tired that I had to sit down for a while.
That is why I am making this promise. I promise to check back in to this site on Saturday. And when I promise, I keep this.
Promise. ..I will be here.

thanks. yes, traffic is even worse now that the Christmas day is approaching. many of the public vehicles are full when they pass along the hospital road.

@Shavkat hmmm, that is nice. since it is the birthday of our father, we attended mass at 9:30 but before going to church, we had breakfast at Max's. lunch was in SM at Cabalen.

i agree. there are some 'singers' dropping by in every house here in my place, singing the ever- usual "Ang Pasko ay Sumapit" carol, and they seem to not accept P5 anymore.
