The countdown begins.. homemade parmesan bread

It's Christmas Eve day and I just got out my breadmaker the girls got me last Christmas. This year, I'm making homemade parmesan bread. I decided last year at Christmas, I'd make a new kind of bread each year. The dough has to sit for about 8 hours or longer in a dark warm place. That means it will be already when I wake tomorrow to bake. It only takes 30 minutes, which is great because I love fresh baked bread. Just place the dough in a pot, slash the top 3 to 4 times, sprinkle cheese, garlic, onion, basil, and parsley then bake. The trick to know when bread is done... It will sound hollow when you tap on it. I'll take a photo tomorrow and upload it.

That bread sounds scrumptious. I've never used a bread maker machine though I make bread every week.
