So will the New Year bring war with North Korea? With any other leader than Trump I would say no but this has to be dealt with. Pakistan and Israel were allowed to become nuclear states by America and Russia surreptitiously for reason of world peace and regional status quo. Nukes are catastrophic on just one side, as we saw in WW2 when America bombed Japan. It looks like Russia and China are quietly insuring North Korea have nukes and it looks like Trump and the west think it’s gone too far. Kim Jong is clearly not beholding to western rules on diplomacy. Saying that I never thought I would here the day when an American president called the North Korean leader a ‘Rocket Man’. It’s funny but very alarming at the same as far as the language we need to be hearing to diffuse this situation.
The US Air Force has many bases in Britain where I live and also a springboard to move planes and kit to the war theatre. We have not quite seen what we saw for the build up to war in Iraq but we are seeing B52 heavy bombers and stuff like Raptors and B1s rumbling over. When you see one B52 in the air it’s normally an air show but to see four and five in a line you know something’s brewing. I have seen all of this in the last 6 months. We know the US Navy have their battle carriers down there that can deliver missiles into Korea.
Now we all know the Iraq War turned out to be a joke and all about oil and selling weapons in the Middle East. Saddam clearly did not have WMD where as Jong clearly does. Ironically, as it turned out, we crushed Iraq because they did not have WMD and so could shoot back whereas North Korea does and world leaders don’t seem to have the bottle to invade. Sociopath Trump seems not to care about diplomacy and consequence and ready to deploy. China is not as keen as the North Koreans will flee to China to escape conflict, only one border out. But for me, even China knows this guy could fire a nuke and so he has to go. An engineered coup still seems most likely as even two minutes of fire from the North to the South would decimate Soul but we are running out of options.

Apparently North Korean leader liked Trump at one time, wanted him to be elected. To bad Putin won out and might be jealous.

I have little doubt that there will be a war, probably more than one war if we survive the first one, if Trump has anything to say about it. He needs to do something to distract from his many scandals including Russian collusion. He believes he's untouchable so he doesn't care how many innocent people, including Americans, die as a result of his actions.
