Ugh! I want to get rid of my cat!!

One of my cats is seriously pissing me off. Whenever she is in my room by herself, she always pees on one of my pillows. And it's only the one pillow! I have 3 on my bed. Also, I have a cat litter pan in my room that is cleaned TWICE a day but she still ends up peeing on my green camouflage pillow. I've thrown out soo many pillows but kept the same pillow case. I've washed it with really hot water and so much bleach that it's a lighter shade from when I bought it. I don't really know what to do with this cat. She only does this to my pillows and then when I see the pee, it's like she wants to be praised for it. Before someone mentions it, she does not have any infections or illnesses. I'm sure this is just for attention but it is getting so irritating!! Vent over.

I would keep the pillows off of your bed so she can't pee on them.

I've tried that but the minute I put them on my bed, she pees on the one pillow. If I'm in the room with her, she's fine but if she finds herself in there with no humans, she will seek out my camouflage pillow and pee on it. And only that one pillow, no matter how many times I put different pillows inside that pillow case.

@NJChicaa the pillow case matches the rest of my bedding. I dont think there's any pee still in the pillowcase, i think it might just be the color or something.

You better get rid of this cat, else she is going to do more damage to your pillows and bed.

@dpk262006 lol but if it looks like a cat to her, why would she pee on another cat?? That really made me giggle lol. Happy New Year!!

Your cat is spraying or marking territory, a very ancient instinct, the solution is simple deny her access to what ever she claims as hers.

@CountryGirl31 maybe taking of the particular pillow and scenting, rescenting or descenting the room wood work, from what I know spraying and territory marking is connected with scent and odors.

I've tried doing that but she is so sneaky. I could open my door for a second and she could streak in there without me knowing. Within this past week, she's peed on my pillow twice. And I have 3 pillows on my bed but she only does this to the one.

I am going through the same thing with my cat except that he refuses to use the litter box to poop! We empty the litter box twice a day too, he will pee in his box but not poop! He likes to poop on the carpet instead...Ugh.

It does sound like a behavioral issue. Maybe you need to take her to the vet and give her attention. I'm having the same issues with my cat--not with the peeing on pillows though.

Must be the color or the pee smell still exist on the pillow
