i think you do not need to be verified to draw paypal into cash, just provide them with your local bank acct info will do

I have a verified paypal account, but I only put my CC number there because i need to put some money into the account to pay for something.

I didn't give my credit card number to paypal, I just gave banking information so that my paypal funds could be transfered over to my actual bank account.

I don';t think you have to give MyLot your credit card number do you? I just put in the email address of my paypal. Hopefully I will get enought o get some money in December.

i donot use credit card . because in india there is no facility of credit cards.
