I tried to post several times before heading off to work this evening, but that did not pan out. So hopefully this one will work. It's now almost eleven pm and I am trying to unwind from a weird night at work. Nothing really went wrong, nothing really happened. It was uncharacteristically slow, and it was just kind of ho hum. I did get to work with Manager F, which is my favorite manager to work with. She's getting over bronchitis so I tried to keep my distance from her as much as I could. I got to see some customers that I hadn't seen in a few weeks due to me working overnights last week, so that was nice. I got home about an hour ago, to a little bit of frustration, but I refuse to let it get to me. I cleaned the kitchen counters and put the cupcake pan in the sink to soak for a little bit. Tomorrow after work I plan on defrosting the freezer so that it is ready for me to stock up on meat and such on Thursday. Nothing else exciting tonight. I'll be up for a little bit, since I don't have to be in until eight thirty tomorrow morning. And thankfully have Monday off, so that I will be able to just chill out tomorrow night. Right now I am going to try to tackle my notifications and watch the Cinema Sins videos I have saved to watch later on youTube. I hope everyone had a good second to last day of 2017. I am looking forward to the new year.

It is frustrating when work becomes weird and you cannot pinpoint why or do anything to change it either.

Yeah, yesterday was better but I was distracted because of things weighing on my mind.

Has the store made transition from Christmas to Valentine's Day?

We still have some Christmas out, but I think it got marked down to 75 percent off today. I don't know, I don't work today. But there is quite a bit more Valentines day stuff out then I thought there was going to be. Soon we will put Easter stuff up.
