What is your word for year 2018?

I learned to pick a word or two for the new year, and remind myself to stay with it. I chose Joy and Peace last year, and this year, I pick "Focus and Be Present". I can't decide which word to choose, hence I just picked two. 
I really want to stay joyful and peaceful, but I didn't quite make it in the last year. There are lots of things I want to do but didn't do, and I am not present with myself and my kids too. In order to have a peaceful home, I must first learn to stay focus and be present, especially with my kids. I need to stay focus, so I can get things done. Being present with my kids will make them more cheerful and also less challenging moments.

I just read a discussion that made me even more determined to reach a time when all may be worth working for.
So my word for this year is rewards.
Think of the rewards.

Cool, calm and collected will be mine but whether I will be able to keep to that might be much harder so I don´t know yet.
When you have children its difficult to be centered but not impossible either.

Being present is a great goal, and I know it's a hard one. I seem to be stuck in the past or the future. I haven't thought about a word for the new year, but I'm going to find one.

I would be more calm and more focused.
so for me "calm" and "focus" would be word of the year
