2002 Titan Books. 2000 AD – Spoiler alerts Judge Anderson is woman in Mega City One, the same place where Judge Dredd has his beat. Unlike Dredd, Anderson is one of an elite tem gifted with psychic powers, so she can have premonitions about crimes Still to come, and read a suspect’s mind. Her primary concern is in dealing with demonic and spiritual forces that are at large in mega City One. In earlier adventures, she was largely responsible for sending Judge Death back to his own dimension where Judge Death and his cohorts see life itself as a crime. Though he is believed to be dead and gone for good, Death convinces Anderson that he is active in Mega City One again. She goes to his world to investigate how this is possible, and falls for his trap. Death hasn’t escaped yet, but by using the doorway made by Anderson, he is able to and now he does break into Mega City One, where he kills everyone he encounters. Anderson risks banishment to the moons of Titan for her negligence, but she still offers to play her part in stopping Death and his three leading allies, Fear, Fire and Mortis. They have developed the ability to jaunt away when the Judges catch up with them (Even Judge Dredd can’t catch them in his cameo appearances in the story). Anderson conceives a means to send the Deadworld Judges to an inescapable limbo by using dimensional portals, and this is how they are ultimately dispatched, saving Mega City One and Anderson’s career in the process. Judge Death is a truly terrifying totally malevolent and evil character, which is clearly not easy to stop, and the story has a tremendously exciting edge and a likable heroine at its heart. I loved comics when I was a kid. But even then I don’t think I would’ve loved them as much if I had modern technology. This one sounds interesting though.

I was going to say what John already said. That's what I get for being so far behind.
